Our team of 4 Certified Technicians has a combined 46 years of experience in equipment service & maintenance and continually participates in Canon, Kyocera & HP intensive training courses to ensure you receive the most out of your products.
Our service territory covers from Ararat to Bacchus Marsh and Maryborough to Rokewood. This means we are always close at hand if you need us.
We maintain a modern fleet of fully equipped service vehicles that carry all necessary parts and consumables. With the implementation of e-management, we can determine what the device requires before we leave our premises. This further minimises delays as we don’t have to return to base if you have an unexpected emergency.
Our Service Manager has been keeping the Ballarat & Region’s Schools and Businesses operational for more than 20 years. His local knowledge combined with an ability to quickly analyse problems and apply creative solutions is something that our clients continually compliment us on.
