Electronic Management of Devices

Southern Cross Business Machines have unique systems in place to directly manage all devices on your network from our Head Office. We have partnered with Printsolv, an American based company who offer an electronic monitoring system called FM Audit. As we are also a partner with Canon Australia, we also utilise their e-maintenance system. This provides us with all relevant information of the devices on your network. All meter readings, low toner/consumable messages and all service call/error codes are sent to us electronically via the device allowing us to manage the devices for you. This in turn minimises downtime and increases productivity in your workplace.
